Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Piato365 platform (piato365.gr and the PWA application) and the placing of orders through it. By using the platform and completing an order, you unreservedly accept these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our company

The Piato365 platform is owned and operated by the single-member company Kazepi (kazepi.gr), VAT No. 802252145 and legally represented by Maria Kazepi. Piato365 is one of the group's business activities and specialises in the pre-ordering of freshly cooked meals of the day.

2. How the service works

Piato365 operates as an order-intermediation platform: the customer orders fresh, freshly cooked food of the day, which is prepared by a partner producer/catering business in accordance with consistent quality and hygiene standards, and delivered through a network of partner collection points or by home delivery.

  • Pre-order: you order from the previous day (or for future dates) at a discounted price. We cook exactly as many portions as were ordered — fresh, with no waste.
  • Same-day: subject to availability at the selected point, at the retail price.
  • Each day of the week has a different menu. Orders are always placed for a specific delivery date.

3. Account & ordering as a guest

You can order as a member (with an account) or as a guest (with your name, mobile number and postal code). You must provide accurate and truthful details. You are responsible for keeping your passwords secure.

4. Orders, cutoff & availability

  • Pre-orders are accepted until the predetermined cutoff time of the previous day, as stated at the time of ordering.
  • The availability of each dish is limited and subject to confirmation. In the event that a dish is sold out, you are notified before completion.
  • An order is deemed final after confirmation and (for card payments) successful payment.

5. Prices & payment

  • All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT. Final prices are calculated exclusively by the system at the time of ordering.
  • Payment methods: (a) online card payment via Viva Wallet, (b) cash on collection (available to members). In certain cases (e.g. guest orders), prepayment by card may be required.
  • Any delivery charges are shown separately before completion.

6. Collection & delivery

Collection from a partner point is free of charge. Home delivery is available in selected areas (based on postal code) for a charge shown at the time of ordering. You must collect your order within the stated time window.

7. Cancellations & refunds

  • You can cancel a pre-order yourself up until the cutoff time of the previous day.
  • After the cutoff, cancellation is possible only by prior arrangement, as the food is prepared specially for you.
  • For orders paid by card, an approved cancellation entails an automatic refund via Viva Wallet.
  • Given the nature of the product (fresh, perishable food prepared to order), no right of withdrawal applies under Articles 3e et seq. of Greek Law 2251/1994 after preparation/delivery.

8. Allergens & food safety

We provide allergen information for each dish. The dishes are prepared in kitchens where all allergens are present and may contain traces. The partner producer complies with the prescribed food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP). If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.

9. User obligations

You undertake not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, not to submit false orders, and not to compromise the operation or security of the system.

10. Liability

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of information, availability and timely delivery. We are not liable for delays or failure to perform arising from events of force majeure or from incorrect details provided by the user. Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (trademarks, texts, photographs, software) is the intellectual property of the company or its licensors and is protected by law. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

12. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy / GDPR.

13. Amendment of terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms. The version in force at any given time is posted on this page and applies from the moment it is posted.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law.

15. Contact
