What is Piato365?
Piato365 is a pre-order service for homemade Greek cooked food in Thessaloniki. Each day has a different menu — order the day before at a lower price and pick up freshly cooked food from a neighbourhood store.
Until when can I order?
Pre-orders for the next day close at 8pm. After 8pm you can order for the day after, or buy same-day whatever is available on the store shelf at retail price.
Why is pre-ordering cheaper?
Because we cook exactly what was ordered, with zero waste. We share the savings: you get a better price, and 3+ portions get an even bigger discount.
How do I pay?
By card online (Viva). Cash on pickup is available for registered members. Guests pay by card.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge until 8pm the day before, via your tracking link. Card payments are refunded automatically. After the cutoff, call the store.
Do you list allergens?
Yes — every dish lists its ingredients and allergens (gluten, milk, eggs etc.) on its page.
Is the food safe?
Absolutely. Production is HACCP and ISO certified. Every portion is individually packed in food-grade plastic and sealed with protective film — untouched from kitchen to your hands.
