You pick the Piato365 point nearest you (using your postal code or from the list) and drop by to collect during the store's opening hours. Your food is waiting for you hot, in individual sealed packaging, inside an insulated cabinet.

🛵 Delivery to your place

Available in the areas we cover (you'll see this automatically from your postal code at checkout), with a small charge shown before payment. The courier lets you know when your order is on its way.

When do I collect

• Pre-orders are delivered to the stores every morning — from then on you can drop by whenever suits you during the day.
• On the morning of your pickup day you receive a reminder SMS with your order details.
• Your order status is visible at any time via the tracking link in the SMS — Confirmed → Cooking → Ready → At the store → Delivered.

Freshness & safety

We cook on the day of delivery — never stored food. Individual portion of 450g+, in food-grade packaging sealed with a protective film, production certified to HACCP & ISO.
