💳 Card online

You pay by debit or credit card through Viva, in a fully secure environment with 3D Secure. Your card details never pass through our systems. With a card your order is secured — you just drop by and collect, with no transaction at the till.

💶 Cash on pickup

Available to registered members: you pay at the store at the moment of pickup. Guests (without an account) can only complete their order by card — this way we cook exactly what has actually been ordered, with no food waste.

Good to know

• The final price — including VAT and any delivery charge — is shown clearly on the confirmation screen before you pay. No hidden charges.
• If you cancel within the allowed window, the card amount is refunded automatically (see the Cancellation Policy).
• After repeated uncollected cash orders, the account automatically switches to "card only".
